Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely. Your data is solely used for calculating your carbon footprint and making personalized recommendations. We take security and privacy incredibly seriously, and have exclusively partnered with organizations for data storage that do so as well.
Employers can offer Upward as an employee benefit. Employers that chose to do so will help their employees take action on climate change by subsidizing the cost of carbon offsets on their behalf of. If you’re interested in having your employer sponsor carbon offsets on your behalf, submit your employer’s information here.
